Anniversary for Jacobi

In the hustle and bustle of our busy days, made more challenging by the covid-19 issues, it’s easy to forget some of the events in our lives that are meaningful.

With this in mind, I would like to recognize the fact that today, May 15th, marks an anniversary at Crosstown for Pastor John. It was on this day in 2006 that he started serving Crosstown Covenant Church as its lead pastor.

As you go about your day today, please keep pastor and his family in prayer. Pray for health and safety and God’s guidance on his ministry for our church. Thank God for his leadership and faithfulness to the Word these past years. Pray for periods of calm and rest in this ever-changing environment as we have temporarily moved away from joining in worship together and celebrating worship online.

I would personally like to say “Thank You” to Pastor John for his friendship and mentorship to me and his faithfulness and guidance in prayer.
