Crosstown Psalm

We are taking Psalm 136 and rewriting it as a Crosstown Psalm of thanks. David gives us a great example of praise to the Lord and remembrance of His deliverance. The Old Testament is full of intentional praise and remembrances of God's deliverance. Apparently it is easy to forget what He has already led us through. That's why this year we are trying to remember Crosstown's history.

He remembered us in our low estate

He gives food to every creature.

Give thanks to the God of heaven.

In confinement, brings His presence.

Needing wisdom, He gives extra measure when we need the extra.

After experiencing the destruction of a house fire,

He reinforced what is everlasting.

His love endures forever.
